8. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
- Cancellations for studio reservations are free of charge if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of use. If you cancel after that, the session will be counted as having been used.
- If you wish to change your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the date of your reservation.
- Due to the nature of the service, we do not offer returns or refunds after your subscription has started.

13. Special Terms of Sale
- Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations may be difficult to obtain during peak periods or on certain dates, so we recommend making your reservation early.
